So let me get this straight: a guy can have his way with an underage girl every which way despite her protests and it’s OK because the guy in question is Roman Polanski?
If the criminal is more famous than his victim, then it’s permissible, apparently, to commit a crime against a woman. Where are the feminists? Oh, right, they’re eagerly defending this cruddy pee-paw. Do they harbor movie-star aspirations? I don’t think Polanski’s casting couch is open at the moment, ladies.
What other motive am I to assume?
(“Forgiveness is not permission,” said Joy Behar and I almost fell over because I agree with her.)
